Is this too much for mix and match day?

Mix and match day(that's when you wear random clothes) is on Monday at my school and this is what I'm thinking of wearing, : a tutu over skinny jeans, a plaid shirt, different rainbow colored hair bows, different colored shoelaces with some converse. Is that okay? Is it too much? Is it too little? Would I look like a fool wearing a tutu? I'm a 14 year old girl who looks 11. What exactly should I wear?
