Does anyone play Counter strike any more? Or is it dead?

Whenever I go on its full of bots. I see 2 or 3 players with 30 bots on one server. Its really unfair that they run full bot servers because it means trawling through the servers to find real human players. They refuse to add a bot filter option which makes me believe the game is dead.
