I've noticed this in my wife. Please answer the questions if so.?

It's fine if she's sick as long as she's getting the rest and nutrients needing for the babies. It's normal for a pregnant woman to go to the bathroom a lot, especially if you have twins. And it's also normal for a pregnant woman to eat more than normal, and since there is two there will be even more eating than with just one. It IS okay to have , I'd say, have it while you can because you wont be able to have it for a while after she gives birth. As for the names, I couldn't tell ya, it's hard to pick out a decent name that your child wont be embarred with later on, because you can't only think about the name, you have to think of if the initials of the names will make a word like "" or other various things.
