Fan (Heater/AC) and Turn Signals don't work. Ignition Switch?

I have an 04 Chevy Impala and the heater/defrost only works if I slam the car door just right. It also turns off when I hit a bump. Also, the blinkers sometimes don't work. I usually have to restart the car to get them to work. Is it the ignition switch?
