High school ball?

i have an insane jumper with pretty mad handles and excellent ping skills. im quick, can run the fast break well, am 13, about 5'11 and im gonna be like 6'1 freshman yr and i want to make varsity bball but my vertical is only 15 inches. any comments? Im scared cuz there are like all these 6'5 african amercian guys i hear with mad ups
