To any lawyers out there, a question about the legal rights of gay parents?

Just out of curiosity, if my partner was to become pregnant by having my fertilized eggs implanted, would we have equal legal rights as parents to the baby? Wouldn't that make us both biological parents...sort of/almost? And if not, who would be considered the mother from a legal standpoint? Would it be me because the eggs were mine?
